Returns policy
1. All protective films protecting the phone cannot be removed until you are completely sure that the display shows the correct image and the touch works perfectly on the entire surface.
2.All purchased displays must be carefully checked by the buyer before permanently mounting them on the phone. Only the LCD TAPES responsible for the touch and image functions of the display should be installed.
3.All returns for mechanical damage, palm trees, discoloration and stripes on the LCD after removing the protective foil will not be considered !!!
4. All returns are processed within a maximum of 14 business days (usually 1-2 business days).
5. The reply to the return is sent to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer.
6. Goods sent to us by cash on delivery will not be collected, the costs of returning the goods are covered by the buyer. When shipping a new item, our company bears the shipping costs.
7. Pursuant to the Act on consumer rights of 30 May 2014, the buyer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods to send a declaration of withdrawal from the contract, and if the seller has not informed about the right to withdraw - 12 months. The return of the item by the consumer should take place immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of sending the statement, as well as the refund by the Seller. The seller may, however, refrain from sending the funds back until receipt of the item. The contract is considered not concluded, and the consumer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the item as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
